Bahan-Bahan
350 gram tahu
125 gram tepung maizena
garam secukupnya

Cara Membuat
  • Potong tahu memanjang dengan tebal sekitar 1,5 cm.
  • Panaskan minyak, goreng tahu setengah matang.
  • Balut tahu yang sudah digoreng setengah matang dengan tepung maizena.
  • Goreng lagi sampai matang sempurna.
  • Angkat, taburi dengan garam secukupnya.
