Resep Kuliner Ayam Woku

Siang sobatku, admin kembali akan bagikan resep buat sahabat nih. Kali ini memakai materi daging ayam, nah admin akan bagi resep kuliner Ayam Woku. Seperti apa ya Ayam Woku itu? Langsung saja siapkan materi dan ikuti cara memasaknya.

Bahan-bahan :
    500 gr ayam potong
    5 siung bawang putih
    5 siung bawang merah
    10 buah cabe merah besar
    5 buah cabe keriting
    15 buah cabe rawit
    2 lembar daun jeruk, buang punggungnya
    2 lembar daun salam
    3 butir kemiri
    1 batang serai memarkan
    1 ikat daun kemangi
    minyak untuk menumis

Cara memasak :
  • Bersihkan dan rendam ayam memakai jeruk nipis dan garam secukupnya. Setelah direndam lalu goreng sampai kecokelatan dan sisihkan
  • Haluskan bumbu bawang putih, bawang merah, semua cabai, dan kemiri.
  • Tumis bumbu, masukkan daun jeruk, daun salam dan serai. Tambahkan sedikit air dan tumis sampai harum.
  • Masukkan ayam, campur dengan bumbu. Masukkan daun kemangi, tumis sampai layu.
Ayam Woku siap disajikan dengan nasi hangat, silahkan dicoba dirumah ya dan supaya isu diatas sanggup bermanfaat bagi sobat.
